Ex-Scottish bank chiefs seek to block HBOS deal (Reuters)

Reuters - The former heads of Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Scotland have written to Britain's biggest home lender HBOS in an effort to block its government-brokered takeover by Lloyds TSB , the BBC reported on Saturday.
