NRG rejects $6.08 bln Exelon bid (Reuters)
Reuters - Power producer NRG Energy Inc on Sunday rejected an unsolicited $6.08 billion takeover offer from utility owner Exelon Corp , saying the offer "significantly undervalues" the company.
