BusinessWeek Online - Jeremy Grantham, chairman of Boston-based asset manager GMO, is feeling vindicated. In 1998, Grantham recalls, he forecast that in 10 years the total inflation-adjusted return of the Standard & Poor's 500-stock index would be -1.1%. In October, "it slashed through that, and marked the end of the Great Bubble," he says.
